Cleanflows (“we”, “us”) operates this website and provides lead generation services to cleaning companies. You can contact us at alfiemorey@cleanflows.co.uk.

Enquiry details. When you submit our booking form we collect your business name, contact name, phone number, email address, and the city or area you operate in. We use these only to arrange and follow up on your onboarding call.

Call bookings. If you book a call through our calendar, the booking details (name, email, time slot) are handled by our scheduling provider and sent to us so we can prepare for the call.

We use cookies and similar technologies to measure the performance of our advertising. When this is active, the following data is shared with our advertising partner, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (and its affiliates, including Meta Platforms, Inc. in the US):

• Pages you visit on this site and the fact of your visit (page view events);
• When you submit our booking form (a “lead” event, with no form contents);

We use this data to measure which adverts lead to enquiries and to improve how our campaigns are delivered and optimised. We do not send your form answers to Meta.

If you visit from the UK or the EEA, we ask for your consent before any advertising measurement cookies are set or any ad events are sent. You can accept or reject via the cookie banner, and change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of our homepage. Rejecting keeps the advertising pixel switched off.

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work. Under UK/EU data protection law you may ask us for a copy of your data, corrections, deletion, or to object to processing — email us at the address above and we will respond promptly.
